Återbetalningspolicy

Customer has the right to withdraw or return their order within 14 days from the day they received the ordered goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product is substantially unchanged and no seal or packaging has been broken. A broken seal includes, for example, a five- or ten-pack of snus boxes where the sealed plastic cover has been broken or removed. If the customer chooses to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the return shipping costs and also for the condition of the goods after receipt and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date the customer notified their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal.

If the customer has already paid for the goods and unless otherwise agreed between the parties, a refund will be made to the account that was charged at the time of purchase. Such a refund is typically processed within 14 days.

Return Policy / Exchange Right for Sparkling Kelly

Sparkling Kelly is carefully and meticulously produced. Stones are hand-set to cover the entire case in rhinestones.

Kelly White informs its customers that in special cases, individual stones may come off after some use. In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw or return their order within 14 days from the day they received the ordered goods (applies to unopened packaging). By accepting our terms, you as a customer have also accepted these conditions.

The customer has an extended exchange right for 3 weeks for loss of a few stones. The 3 weeks are counted from the day the customer received the product. After this time, no new case will be replaced.

Refund Policy for Sparkling Kelly

Sparkling Kelly is carefully and meticulously produced. Stones are hand-set to cover the entire case in rhinestones.

By accepting our terms, you as a customer have also accepted these conditions.

If a large piece of rhinestone comes off or any other major defect occurs on the case, exchange or refund can be requested within 8 weeks from the day the customer received the product. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
