JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company's market activations. In addition to working closely with the team, your role will be instrumental in crafting insightful reports and actionable recommendations, while staying ahead of industry trends to achieve best results.

  • Responsible for all marketing in all channels.
  • Overall budget responsibility for market activation.
  • Overall responsibility for evaluating campaigns, reporting outcomes and making recommendations moving forward.
  • Plan and implement the marketing plan together with the owner and marketing assistant.
  • Responsible for events and sponsorships.
  • Be the primary contact person for the company's various suppliers, e.g. SEO, advertising, production and event agency.
  • Strategic responsibility for the development of e-com.
  • Responsibility for compliance with regulations and laws within the framework of market activation.

YOUR PROFILE

If you are going to be the right person for the assignment, it is required that you are used to running and organizing projects, campaigns, events, fairs and festivals based on strategies with a creative marketing mindset and have previous experience in similar roles with responsibility for the creative idea process for launches/ activations. You have a strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, know how to communicate in the premium segment, as well as a clear understanding and experience of working with social media.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role from a smaller marketing department.
  • Experience from a startup is advantageous as the culture is entrepreneurial.
  • We are looking for you with an understanding of sales, brand management and marketing.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Used to writing briefs and setting requirements for advertising and production agencies.
  • Experience interpreting data to suggest adjustments for future marketing projects.
  • Good understanding of the challenges and opportunities of today's media landscape.
  • Relevant education in marketing or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.
  • Good understanding of Google and Meta ads.
  • You are good at communication and master both Swedish and English freely in speech and writing.
  • Extra merit if you have experience with podcasts.
